We establish the scene with our hero on the ground
As the camera pans out to a frankly measly crowd

And the general public flowing

We close up on a pair of worried faces and their mouths
“Hey, you ok?”
As they call and they’re asking and they seem to figure out
“Hey, you ok?”

After what could be hundreds of previous successful rounds
Which required advanced calculation of speed, distance and route

First steps out, second steps out, third steps out, first sees me coming and alerts third, who jumps back in my line instead of forward

And then we both know what’s coming: bruises for two with a side of scabs
And then we go
And then we go
Down

This is a dramatised reenactment of the day where I lost a game of pedestrian roulette
